Disconnection with no notice
Today my phone account was suspended with no warning. My latest email from Telus on July 3 says my bill is due July 28 coukd only get a biot who says I did not honor a previous payment arrangement...
this happened to me today - no notice. Latest email says payment is due Juky 28 - 8 days away.
