data??
i'm the only one with access to my account yet i keep receiving emails that data has been topped up even tho i haven't topped it up.. i've changed my password and stuff, but are there any other measures i can take?

Did you check your account to see if it was actually topped up? If not then possibly someone else typoed their contact email address for their account and now you are getting their notices.
I looked at the last notification I received for a top up and it addressed me by name. Did your notification have your name?
