Chat with live agent - does anyone get a response?

I chose the option today to text a live agent instead of waiting on hold on the phone for over an hour (this was the time quoted on the phone. I was not given the option for a callback.
I sent a text at 12:49 and now it is 5:50pm and no one responded to me and I doubt anyone will, seeing as it’s Saturday night. 
Maybe they aren’t open on Saturdays but then why give me the option to text an agent? 
I chose to text instead of waiting on hold and no one ever texted back. So I wasn’t helped at all, no one answered my question. 
Has anyone had success with this “text a live agent” option?

  • Ai does not take a day off. Should have replied in chat "do you want a scheduled call back"

    Try again on Monday, don't just wait for a reply.

      For the record, it took 25 hours for a live agent to respond, so not terrible, but I had just thought it would be same day service when I was sending a chat message. You have to treat it more like an email, I guess. Which is fine, but a chat message sends different expectations.

        Chat is exactly what it says which is typing in the chat box it's not texting

      I think you misunderstood me. This is not in the AI chat. If it was, it would have responded to me. This is a text to a live agent, which is why my title is LIVE agent.  It’s something you can do in the app. Of course I know AI doesn’t take the day off?!
