Official Support TeamHello DMac9999, with all the active spams and the "spoofing" technology, it's really hard to confirm if that call was legit or not. You can always do a Google search about it but whenever in doubt, just hang-up and call TELUS back. If you do answer and speak with someone, never give them your personal information and again, don't take any chances.
