Official Support Team5G through Burnaby and East Van can be super spotty, especially since your 15 Pro Max isn't auto-switching like it should. To fix this for your commute, go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Voice & Data and select LTE. This will lock your phone to the LTE network, preventing it from constantly dropping your connection while hunting for a weak 5G signal.
