Account email issues
Hi Telus,
I've probably made more than 10 attempts since March to get Telus to fix my issue. Ever since my mother signed up for Telus home services, her account that was previously linked to mine at one point got reactivated and my Telus Mobility emails started getting sent to her email instead of mine. She cancelled the service before the installation so she doesn't have an active accounts with Telus right now. I have made numerous phone calls to fix the issue but it's still not properly fixed. The one time where there was progress was when I expressed that I'm not getting my Telus Mobility bills so I'm unable to pay them -- this got fixed right away and I'm able to get my bills now, but all the other emails, such as my payment confirmations and my Telus rewards confirmations have still been ending up in my mom's email.
I called Telus today and the rep even went as far as deleting my email and getting me to sign up for a Telus account again. But lo and behold, I tried to enter a contest on Telus Rewards just now and my confirmation got sent to my mother email. AGAIN.
I do shiftwork in a hospital and I've given up my sleep time and lunch breaks to answer the scheduled calls with Telus only to find out later that it has gotten nowhere. Please get the right department to fix this issue because I'm really tired of calling Telus.
