30 Year Customer — Complaint

I am having the same issue ordered an IPhone 16 pro max on the 29th and I have called 6 times and get a different answer and date every time. They are now telling me they have it in stock but it still will not ship until Dec 19 how does that make any sense?? So I asked if I could go into the store and pick it up which they then said no I would not get the Black Friday discount if I do that!! I am thinking I may call to cancel this order and go somewhere else after being their customer for 30 years this is not good customer service it all.
