Hi Lucie ,
How to find the Bring-It-Back price for the device you activated / renewed.
The most accurate place to view your Bring-It-Back amount is by viewing your Service Agreement which was either emailed, mailed, or provided in paper form at a store.
If you did not receive a Service Agreement, you can find it on your TELUS online account.
- Sign into My TELUS
- Go to My Profile tab
- Click on the View and download link under Your Service Agreements
- Choose the desired Customer Service Agreement
How to find the Bring-It-Back price for all devices TELUS has to offer.
Before completing these instructions, make sure you are logged out of your My TELUS account on the device you are using to find the Bring-It-Back amount. You can do this by looking at the top right of your screen, finding your name with the word Logout next to it. There is a way to do this while logged in, but that requires additional steps which vary.
- Go to the TELUS website.
- Select Mobility - Locate right beside the TELUS logo.
- Select Phones - Located on the left column.
- Select a phone of your choosing with a retail price of $1000 or more. (lower cost devices are not eligible for BIB)
- Select the green Buy Now button.
- You will not have a page that shows a picture of the device, memory size options, availability, etc. Scroll down until you see a section called "Pick device payment option".
- Make sure "Get the lowest month price with Bring-It-Back is selected/green"
- Choose a payment option such as Pay $0 upfront, or Get the lowest month bills with Bring-It-Back.
- Select "See price breakdown"
- Look for Bring-It-Backᵀᴹ and the amount to the right is the amount you would owe at the end of the 2 year agreement if you decide to keep the device instead of getting a new device.
Hopefully that helps answer your questions 🙂

I just made the order again but this time with Bring-It-Back and it worked! My service contract says 320$! I can't believe. The worse part is the rep called me back a few min ago and I told her we were having this chat on this forum and that I thought it might be resolved with you BrandonT so she asked me to send her a link and I refused. Yesterday, she thanked me for pointing out this "error". Last thing I want is that she finds out about this chat and then she will report it..
Here's my service agreement and it CLEARLY says 320$
At the end of the Bring-It-Back Program:
At the end of the 24 month term, June 24, 2022, you have two options to settle your BIB Program Amount $320.00:
Option 1
Bring your device back in good working condition to a
participating TELUS store or retail location.
Option 2
Pay back your BIB Program Amount $320.00. If you do not
choose Option 1 before the BIB Program End Date, you will
be charged this amount on your next bill, and you will no
longer have the option to return your device.
If you want to exit the Bring-It-Back program before the end of the 24 month Commitment Period:
You still have two options:
Option 1
Bring your device back in good working condition to a
participating TELUS store or retail location any time after 6
months from the BIB Program Effective Date, June 25, 2020.
Option 2
Keep your device and pay back your BIB Program Amount
$320.00.

Hopefully I can clarify things a bit better.
The Bring it Back amount is what you will be paying back if decide to keep the phone or it’s damaged and do not have Device Care or Apple Care+ to replace the device.
The device discounts are a savings on the device that you do not have to pay back as long as you keep the device for the term of your contract. If you were to cancel or renew early then you would be required to pay back a portion of the device discount as it is divided by 24 months as well. It’s basically a way of TELUS rewarding you and helping to lower the phone prices while also protecting themselves so that someone isn’t able to set up a new contract cancel in a month or two and TELUS is out the discounted amount.
