4 years agoI'm sorry to hear that you've had difficulty in getting the help that you need in regards to the new fibre services. I was able to check with our tech support team and they advised me that you currently have a managed fibre connection which is actually more complex than our standard internet service.
For this type of connection you would need to call our Enhanced/Managed team directly at 1-800-706-1745 for further assistance with this matter.
