I got my phone activated on Friday and the same night I got suspended due to suspicious activity. I called online support and they had me email documents to [email protected] it's been almost 5 days ...

You'd need to speak with our Fraud Management team directly about that. Their direct number is 1-866-493-3414. In terms of payment, if your documents were all sent in, surely the situation will be resolved without forcing a fee.
