Customer service

I dont know really whey there is no option to contact customer service or tecnical support by email? Only option is to chat with Bot/Virtual Assistant? Information from Virtual Assitant is useless. Process of getting infoprmation from Telus is soo complicated? One simple thing like checking if line is active is long process.
