Unable to change panel volume

I'm unable to change panel volume.  It's either silent or max volume, can't set anything in the middle.  Also I noticed suddenly there's a "silent arming" icon on the green disarmed screen.  How do I fix these?  Thanks.

    T2 Which panel are you referring to? Also, which security brand are you subscribed to (ex., TELUS SmartHome Security or ADT by TELUS)?
