Login issues in the 2nd user device
2nd user added to smart home security account. But how can the user login on their device after installing the app? What will be used as username and password?

Adding a User for a keypad code is actually a different technical step than adding a Login for the app. To get your second user into the app on their own device, you'll need to grant them Web/App Login Permissions. In our system, a User is just a person with the 4 digit code for the physical panel. A Login is what allows that person to actually use the TELUS SmartHome app. Try this:
1. Use the web portal to log in at: https://www.telus.com/smarthome-login-v2 via computer or tablet.
2. Navigate to 'Users' in the left-hand menu.
3. Look at the top of the screen for a tab that says 'Manage Logins'.
4. Select 'Add a Login' and enter the second user's email address and give them a name within the system.
5. Set permissions by choosing 'Master Control' if you want them to see everything as you do, or 'Full Control' if you want them to manage devices but not actual account billing.
6. Once you hit Save, the system should send an email automatically to the email address you put in.
7. The second user must click the link in that email to verify their identity and set their own password.
8. Their username will be the email address you entered when setting them up.
9. Once they've created their new password via that link, they can open the app on their device and log in.
As always, if the email doesn't arrive within about 5 minutes or so, be sure to check Spam/Junk folders. Hope that helps!
