TELUS Security App not loading / crashing on iOS 26.6.2

Hey everyone,

Is anyone else experiencing issues getting the TELUS SmartHome Security app to open? I recently updated my iPhone to iOS 26.6.2, and now the app simply won't load. It either gets stuck or crashes right away.

What I've tried so far:

• Restarting and hard-resetting the phone
• Toggling between Wi-Fi and mobile data.  

None of it has worked.

If you've run into this and found a workaround (like offloading or a clean reinstall), please let me know!
