Telus Homr security cancellation
Our family switched to Telus for cell service . We were offered a outdoor camera for 2 years camera was no charge with a monthly fee .
camera arrived before our SIM cards , we decided the camera was not useful and sent the camera back unused as instructed, called Telus and cancelled the security option but kept the cell service ( 3 phones ) . We receiving bills for the camera , and now calls from a 3rd party .
we pay our cell bill on time .
We were encouraged to try the outdoor camera as a promotion , we send the equipments back upon receiving it .
