MyTelus vs SmartHome Security Credentials

I try to login through the web via MyTelus and then want to manage SmartHome Security, it asks me to log into it using SmartHome Security credentials. I try using MyTelus login and it does not work. So I try the forgot password function and enter email that is associated with MyTelus account and the email never comes including spam folder. “Send me a login link” works in that I do see the email come through but it ends up for logging into MyTelus account. I do see my security account under MyTelus front page along with my other Telus services so it does appear to be already linked.
