How to cancel SmartHome Security?

My account is coming from ADT to Telus. I would like to know, how to cancel service. I am not using any more. Please, advise!

    Oh my god, the Telus staff cancal a wrong address and I have to wait 3 days to get my connection back.
    Why pointed on me ... it is not my fault?
