Had a call with someone from Telus who provided a suspicious email address

I submitted a message to Telus Management team escalating an issue regarding the cancellation of my previous Internet provider (Telus said they would cancel it but that never happened). Today I got a call from No Caller ID, the person saying she was from Telus, mentioning my complaint, and asking me to send the invoice from my previous Internet provider for reimbursement to report.picture.com.

I have never seen an email address without @. Has anyone here heard of it?
