Changing an appointment
I am TRYING to change my appointment of Aug 1st but I can't log in by computer or get anyone on the phone. I have been a client for over 10+ years, do you STILL want me as one????

Fastest way is to reach out to them on their social media channel on twitter. They're really active there.
