Billing

I recently upgraded to Smart Home Security from legacy ADT System also supported by Telus. The contract on May 25th shows a monthly charge of $20. The contract I received after installation shows a charge of $45! In the installation process on May 27th lasting 5 hours the tech had to call back office multiple times and in one of those times data the tech needed could not be provided by Telus back end. Telus then cancelled the May 25th contract and redid the whole contract with the same terms as the old one! Missing is the $25 per month credit guaranteed on the May 25th contract. This is ridiculous. The credit needs to be reinstated asap fir me to continue to remain a Telus customer.

      Awaiting first bill in June to verify appropriate changes. Many adjustments have been made to the contract. Joana has committed to auditing first June bill before release. Thanks for the follow-up.
