Unable to log in to view security cameras
I have been trying to reset my password so I can log in to view my security camera feed. For some reason, the original password got reset & when I try to reset it, although it shows that an email is being sent with the link to change the password, said email never arrives. Does anybody have a suggestion on how to get this reset?

Have you checked your junk/spam folders to see if the email is in there?
Yes, and there is nothing in those folders. It is like the email never gets sent.
