Cyber security breach on my TELUS smart camera !?

Hi there, everyone,

So the last of the night, I decided to turn my camera off for a few days because I heard of some voice coming from my indoor security camera saying “hello” i’ve never even given anyone permission to access my home security network or my My TELUS home security indoor security camera at all so I’m not sure if I have heard of this over YouTube that people are hacking people‘s indoor security camera and spying on them. I’m not sure if this is completely true, but can someone from TELUS reach out to me because I want to submit a ticket in regards to this this is very concerning about my safety and do I really want to trust TELUS with my Smarthome Security network ?
