Regarding payment
I ordered an iphone 15 pro , but i donot received yet even that they have added an iphone 15 pro amount into my current plan .

Looking at the Apple.ca web site .. there appears to be a 3 to 4 week delay from time of order to time of delivery for iPhone 15 Pros
Apple does not charge your payment card until the device is shipped. I am bit surprised that Telus would *but* they may have explained that in their Terms and Conditions when you made the purchase.
Give them a call to see if you can have the charges deferred or credited back until such time as the phone is actually shipped.
