Anyone else place an order for a new phone only for it to be randomly canceled and when you phone customer service they just reorder it but then it never ships? Feels like I’m dealing with a third world company unbelievable.

If it happened twice, there could be an underlying issue that is preventing the order from being fulfilled. You mentioned you spoke with customer service - did they tell you what caused the first order to not ship?
