Black Friday order is not processed
I ordered a mobility plan with eSIM during black Friday and it is still not processed.
I really want to get it before next Monday due to some personal issue.
I am asking here as I I were not able to call in (always need to wait) and there is no online live agent possible...
I already sent a private message to TELUS_Support today but no reply yet...
