How to add a member user to your MyTelus account

How do I add a family member as a user on my account? I have 2 numbers on my account and I'm listed as the account manager, but I'd like to add the other person as an account member so they can track their usage and see details about their plans. I can see in the Manage Roles and Permissions section where I would accept a request to join the account, but I don't know how to make the request in the first place.
