Error in Billing
I"ve been trying to reach telus support for the past 30 mins. No response in their AI Chat support after the initial question.
My problem was that my bill has a TV subscription all of sudden for this. I have never signed up or authorized any tv package.

so, I think the chat is broken because its been 2 hours and no response - from both the web and app. Should I hit resolve and try again?

Its been close to an hour, I don't think their chat support is working or at least not for me. Tried website, app, and their facebook messenger.
How else can I contact or speak to someone?
