Unable to pause live tv

No other tvs are in use and no recordings are occurring. Why am I told “Pause is not available. Too many TVs in your home are watching or recording live TV”

  • You press the OK button and instead of pause you get a message "pause is not available"? Weird, and you are 2nd such post.
