TV-21T Box not working
Hi, I have read through the forums here and see that I am not alone in the issues with the "new" TV-21T boxes. These are horrible. We now have one that will not connect at all. It circles between the Telus logo and the android TV logo and will not connect. We have unplugged the box from the wall, the box itself, the HDMI from the box, the TV and reset the batteries in the remote and nothing.
We pay too much for Telus services for this to be happening over and over. I cannot get through to support even though it says that I have platinum service and am supposed to get help quicker. Please let me know how I can have this rectified. Things are supposed to be better with Telus but after 40+ years, we are losing our patience.

I am having the same problem . The message I get is Weak signal, we are not on Fibre optic, my computers, iPads work fine the signal is mot the problem It’s the signal getting to the TV that is the problem

Hi Gary8,
That's what ours were saying as well. When the tech did his "troubleshooting" he couldn't find that box even showing up on our system. When I switched the power cord from another box we don't use as much, it showed up and worked like new.

So Telus finally called me back this morning and agree that the power cord is faulty (as per the other posters have said). I asked for them to replace all 3 as this is a known issue & it's not our responsibility to pay for cords that come with their product, but no, they will only do this when it is broken.
There are updated boxes ow, but they won't send them to us that have the TV-21T boxes until all the older boxes have been replaced. What a cycle eh?
