Request Timeout Error (3rd hop) for every server routes.
Everytime I tracert through command prompt, I get a Request Timeout error on the 3rd hop.

I get that also. along with a Double NAT issue that Telus doesn't seem to care to fix. but that is the support that I come to expect from an ISP that wants to sell you more stuff than fix the stuff they have sold us!

Not entirely unusual. Not all hops are going to give a response. Doesn't mean they aren't passing data though.
