WIFI Route Rebooting
I am a new Telus Internet Service customer in GTA. The installation was done 10 days ago. I noticed that my WIFI route reboots several times a day since the installation. Today, it has reached the point when my kids kept asking what is wrong with the Internet because the rebooting is gettting more frequent when she was video conferencing with her friends. Then I started to monitoring the situation by a Chrome extension: Internet Connection Monitor. The tools recorded 22 outage in the last 4 hours and the WIFI route uptime is only 92%. At the same time, from the computer with the wired connection, the connection has never been lost in the last 4 hours. It is clear to me that the WIFI route is the problem. I am not sure if anyone here can help me.
It happened again right now when I tried to get the route info.

The router was replaced with a new unit. It is working without any issue for 3 days.
