Nightmare Scenario. Trapped for paying for TV services that don't work.
I've been having an issue with Telus TV for over a month now in which I cannot activate certain subscriptions thanks to an error in MyTelus when going to the Optik TV section. I tried working with TELUS_Support, but one of their solutions was to delete my profile which now I've lost contract with them. Even better, the new regressive Telus forums makes it so I cannot DM them at all. This all results in the issue still not being resolved and practically no way forward. I wish I could cancel the services, but I'm trapped in a contract which will cost hundreds of dollars to cancel. I would seriously recommend anyone here not use Telus TV and if you really need a sub to s streaming service just to do it direc
