Need Help with my internet connection

I need help with My Internet connection
I payed my overdue bill at 1 PM with credit card for internet, and it’s many hours ago but I still don’t have internet connection

    You will need to contact Telus directly to get this fixed. Their contact info is in the ‘Contact Us’ section at the bottom of the page.
