Is picture quality better with the new Telus+
I've been subscribing to PikTV for years using an Apple TV and the Telus app (formerly the PikTV app). Since they rolled out the new Telus+ app I've noticed that the picture quality is horrible. This is particularly true of the TSN channels. My contract is about to run out and I'm wondering if:
1) I move to Optik Core will the picture quality improve, and
2) do I have to move to their hardware or can I keep using my Apple TV and their app?
Thanks in advance for any insights you can provide.

1) No - it’s the same with what you get on Pik
2) you don’t have to use their equipment but you won’t get 4K channels with the ATV

Apple TV (and the Android equivalent) TV+ isn't backwards compatible with Optik TV. For what it's worth, TV+ is evolving and improving all the time.
