ERROR_PLAYER_P001
I have a wired connection to my TV box telusyv-21t. I have rebooted, factory reset and still getting the above error. I have an additional box that is working fine. I have also reset the modem but no joy. Can anyone tell me what P001 error is?

Thanks - I have done this. No problem with my other box. What exactly does ERR_PLAYER_P001 mean?
