Changing Frequensey

Help I cant change my modem from 5ghz to 2.4ghz. When I go to my browser and put the ip in every username and password will not work

    Are you trying to connect using WiFi, or are you hard wired to the modem?

     

    If trying to connect using WiFi, try connecting through a hard wired cable.

    Look on the wifi hub .The user name and password are there
