Can't cancel my services

I'm trying to cancel my service but haven't been called back.  They keep me on hold for hours listening to the same music or offer a call back but I don't get a call back.  I'm planning to move out soon, so I want to proceed cancellation and sending all equipment asap! please reply with this.
