Can only attach pictures on the PC forum interface
After a long exchange with forum admin, I discovered that pictures could only be attached when posting on a PC. Simply can't do on a common Android phone. Such a basic functionality should really be available as many people have junked their PCs and are making do with their smaller screen devices. Getting the old PC out of closets should only be needed as a last resort (where I was!). Filing pix when entering problems would save so much time and money. Why send a truck when Customers can readily submit pix on their mobile when filing problems???
Pictures can definitely be uploaded via mobile phone (we just tested multiple times to confirm). When posting, you may have to swipe over to see the photo icon as it appears in the same place as on desktop, but that can be over to the right just off your screen. Note in the first image below, there's a thin scroll bar on the left hand side under the 'B' and 'I' icons showing that there's more. Then, if you do, you should see the camera icon as seen in our second shot below.
