Can my PlayStation3 be connected to provide Telus TV?

I have an optik service with 2 tvs. One PVR and one wireless box. Can my PS3 (which gets the wired internet) be used for TV?

The Optik tv receivers have to be connected via HDMI to the TVs only. There are no apps for
gaming consoles from Telus.
