Received the text that TTC Subway service is available in select areas. Can we confirm exactly which part of the subway has service and is it 5G data?

Judging by the pile of news articles out right now, as of October 3rd, it'll be the same stations that Rogers has 5G service in currently. Mainly the downtown loop and some of the nearby stations on line 1 and mostly on line 2. Service will be expanded to more stations after that.
