Doesn’t Telus Mobility have Live Chat ? Or just a robot? Have Wi-Fi with Shaw ! Have cell with telus Mobity! Data is part of mobility with my plan . Cannot access a data hot spot , Telus wifi address , Shaw wifi address in emails???? Help ! How do I set up my cellphone AGAIN ? TIA

Can you describe what you are trying do do a bit more clearly?
What email service are you using?
Your Wi-Fi connection makes no difference to the email setup.
