Telus Connect apps wont show connected devices!

I have had call after call and Telus can not fix the problem. There is another tread on this, but it has to do with boosters. I have no boosters. I have Rural hub internet. I have turned off some of my kids devices and now can not turn them back on. I have been dealing with this for over a month! I am pissed off and no one can fix it! I need my devices to show back up!
