Status of Trade In Device

Hi,

We mailed in our Iphones in January 2025 for trade-in, over 8 weeks ago and received the gift card for the value of one phone but still waiting on the other one. We have emailed trade in support a couple times without replies and called Telus, messaged Telus about half dozen times. We're just looking for the status of our trade-in device that we were told is valued $540.
