TELUS Sponsorship Portal Not Workinf

Hi there, 

I'm attempting to apply for a TELUS Sponsorship via this portal: https://www.telus.com/en/social-impact/giving-back/sponsorships - however, the portal is not working on any of my internet browers. Is there a better way to do this or a better link to use?
