[email protected] account suspended

I got my phone activated on Friday and the same night I got suspended due to suspicious activity. I called online support and they had me email documents to [email protected] it's been almost 5 days now and haven't received any response from [email protected] not even a confirmation... How long will they take to reply to my email if it doesn't get fixed by the 26th my phone gets cancelled and I have to pay the by back fee

    You'd need to speak with our Fraud Management team directly about that. In terms of payment, if your documents were all sent in, surely the situation will be resolved without forcing a fee.
