About 5 days ago we added Hayu to our Optik TV package.  Hayu has been down for maintenance the whole time since we added it. Is it worth it to wait 2 hours with customer service to try and get a credit for the time it's been down?
Is there a way to have the channels we receive all grouped together on the TV guide so that we don't have to scroll through hundreds of channels?
