I didn't remove it because it still works on my phone. Hard to watch. I do hope we get a credit of some sort.

It has been down for the whole month of October so far. That's 15 days I certainly hope that there will be an adjustment to our monthly bill.

It's been 15 days at least this is crazy. With all the technology you should have this figured out by now. I certainly hope there will be a discount for a channel we're not receiving.

I've tried to remove it off the app it won't let me do it I'm waiting for a phone call back now.
