Unable to view (or access) home services bills
I have been unable to view my home services bills for almost two weeks. I keep getting the following message: "Sorry something went wrong on our end." When I try later (as suggested) I get a similar message that "We are currently unavailable to retrieve your billing information. Please try again later." This is especially frustrating because, according to my records, my bill should be less than it was this past month. Has anyone else been unable to view their home services bills? Hi there. Thanks for responding. I would like to change our premium channels and, in addition, it would be wonderful to understand why this isn’t possible online. The last time I encountered this, we did need a tv b o x upgrade but that is done and my understanding was that there would no longer be an issue. Thanks and please let me know next steps. I can’t complete the last step of changing my Optik tv (Telus TV+) premium channels online. I get to the point where I am asked to continue after changing my selections. But when I click continue, I get this message I've tried using different browsers - Chrome, Firefox, Edge with the same results. Disabled all browser extensions and plugins. I am not a new customer and I am current will billing. We have a Hisense TV (but not this didn’t work on our old television, a Sony, either. I am not a new customer and I am paid for this month. Based on a scan of similar threads, this issue was supposed to be resolved. However, we are unable to record the daily CTV news as a series. Or rather, we can set it up, but it disappears after a few episodes. We are now unable to record it as a series at all. We regularly record Global news and a number of other programs and have not had any problem at all. I experimented with other news programs on CTV and it appears that it is only CTV News Vancouver Island that won't record as a series. The CTV News Vancouver can be recorded as a series. Just got the new TV+ Optik box required since we added Disney+ to our subscription. I went to add some recordings and the message that "to add this feature to your plan, visit telus.com/recordings to chat with an online agent" First, as this is an upgrade, I can't imagine that the feature is not included in our plan (it was before and there certainly was no mention about needing it when I spoke with the respresentative when I called about adding Disney+, Second, I went to telus.com/recordings and there is no option to add this feature or talk to an online agent. How can I resolve this? Also, to confirm the storage for recordings has dropped from 90 days to 45 days? Thanks much.1.9KViews0likes3Comments
