"Content not unified" message

I have been trying to record an event series on TSN (Curling Brier) but every time I try I get the error message "Content not unified". Anyone know what this means? I am able to record events on all other channels I try at the same time just not the Brier on TSN. Note that when the event has started I am able to record it, just not in advance of the start time.
While I'm here does anyone have app issues using and AppleTV. I find the TelusTV app frequently goes buggy especially right after I turn on the AppleTV. When I reset the AppleTV all is restored. Just wondered if there is something I can do to make the app more reliable.
New to TelusTV after decades with Bell Satellite and so far I find Telus to be far more 'buggy' but for the price savings I ain't complaining.

Hi! This error typically occurs when trying to record sports events or series on TELUS TV. Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:
- Instead of setting up a series recording, try recording individual games/events
- Restart your PVR/Set-top box:
- Unplug the power
- Wait 30 seconds
- Plug it back in and wait for full restart
- Check that your PVR has enough storage space
- Ensure your TV subscription package includes TSN and recording capabilities
