Turner classic movies or TCM

I had TCM on one of the packages I have. It’s gone but there’s a replacement RCM. What happened? And what the heck is RCM?  Tried to watch RCM and it seems to be programmed by?

TCM and RCM are two different channels. TCM is on 462 and RCM is 458. While I don't subscribe to TCM, I can still see that it's there in the guide. I'm not sure what RCM is as there's no announcement for it and it's not listed on Telus's website anywhere either. @TELUS_Support can you shed some light on RCM?
